Organizing an elopement can be a lot of fun, especially if it is a new place you want to visit or if you do it in your favorite place, it will be an incredible experience and you will have an authentic wedding.

We met Jennifer and Joel through a video call, they told us about their plans to come to Peru and know Machupicchu, they also told us they wat to elope in Cusco and they didn’t know if that was possible here. We help them organizing it, since we know many places that would be without a doubt a great setting to have their ceremony.

Several months later, the day of their elopement had arrived, we met the day before to finalize some details and get to know each other a little more. We made a registration from their getting ready at the Palacio del Inca Luxury Collection Hotel, very close to the Qoricancha. The hotel has many beautiful areas and one of them was chosen for their first look. It was a very emotional moment, because it was the first time that Joel saw Jennifer with her wedding dress, we took many photos and we were excited with them!

The chosen venue for the ceremony was Qenqo, a forest near to Cusco where the afternoon light is always magical. The officiant was waiting for us there, who was in charge of directing the ceremony and making that afternoon an unforgettable moment. Jennifer and Joel read their vows and exchanged rings, without a doubt it was a moment that will remain engraved in our minds and hearts. Later we went to some nearby places to take many photos with the beautiful landscapes as a witness to the union. We love the sunsets in the mountains because they always surprise us and this time they allowed us to get some beautiful photos.

Part of the adventure is getting to know a new place, many times couples do not know the distances they have to travel to get to the chosen place, so it is very important for us to help them know if the place is near or far.
