Last year we had the opportunity to go to Boliva with the main destination Salar de Uyuni.
We planned this trip months in advance and it was a journey of almost two days to get there and really worth it.
We left the city of Arequipa without stopping until the town of Uyuni. Making short stops in Puno, Desaguadero (Peru). Then we past by El Alto, Oruro (Bolivia) to finally reach the town of Uyuni. Were more than 30 hours away but it was worth it.
Making the outward journey without stops, due to we wanted to spend most of the time in the salar. Then make stops in other cities.
We were able to know the greatness of the salt, besides appreciating an incredible sunset and better still sunrise.
